NZ Haka is called the Ka Mate.

Who leads it is dependant on opposition and the mood within the dressing room before the match in question.

The All Blacks have performed the haka for over a 100 years. It's basically a war dance that Maori used to perform against their enemy before battle as a way to mentally get ready for war. So the All Blacks and other NZ sports teams have adopted it as a traditional pre-match ritual.

The All Blacks also perform the newer version of the haka, "Kapa o Pango" usually for the big matches against the Wallabies and Springboks.

Usually one of our Maori boys leads the haka. Piri Weepu leads it at the moment and man is he good! Spine tingling stuff!
