Would like to wish one and all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (yes, even you sizzle).
Not been on very much recently as I have had a lot of issues with pain, was diagnosed with my hip completely knackered with arthritis. Supposed to have an operation on the 10th January 2023, now been told it has been postponed indefinitely. 🥴
I am looking forward to Monday and hoping we get a good result at Brentford, although I must admit I am very surprised that Toney is still playing with these betting charges hanging over him. Still innocent until proven guilty! He is certainly their danger man.
I see Harry will be Captaining side with Hugo on the bench, let’s hope he is motivated to put that penalty miss behind him, still trust him to score 99% of the time.

Hope you can get that hip sorted quickly. Had mine done some years ago...metal on plastic. Works great and I hike hills all the time. You have to give up running, football, tennis etc. But you can walk and hike and swim without wearing it out.
Make sure you get a surgeon who knows what he's doing. Fits it properly, uses reliable technology (metal on plastic), etc.
I know the pain you're in. I didn't want to have it done, but the pain persuaded me to go have the surgery.

My football and running days are long behind, but I am a keen golfer but haven’t played since June. Membership is £1300 a year and I have only played 6 times, so each game has cost me over £200
