Inexperienced or Experienced??

Well this is the question i believe is behind most talk about who our new manager should be.

My opinion, is that we now need an 'experienced' manager to get us stable as a top 8 club in this division.
As all of us City fans i would love promotion, but, i believe it may be time to stop thinking we can get promoted for a couple of seasons, and get ourselves in the position of being one of the definate sides to finish top end, and after we have suceeded, maybe be able to entice better quality players, then in a few years time we should all think and believe we are ready for the Prem.
