There seems to be a pretty unanimous good feeling around the United board at present. Hell, even Hafi gave De Gea a warm(ish) review last night.
As ever though in football there's always a setback around the corner so what do we think will/could be the main issues stopping us improving even more?
I know we've spend heavily but I think the failure to get a new CF and CM in the next year or so would be a real shame as I think then, if we did secure top class players in those positions, we'd be pretty close to where we want to be.
It's a decade now since we've won the league and whilst I don't expect it to happen this season unless something totally crazy happens I'd like to think we could be very competitive next season.
***For those of you asking for those positive De Gea comments:

Good save at the end by De Gea as well. Starting to believe we can win the league. We even started with 2 losses like 92/93 season.

Another clean sheet for De Gea at home.👍 You could see how much it meant to him from organising last corner.

Is Itch the latest variant of that poster who always gets banned?

We will see how long it takes for the Anne Ziety persona to kick in.

Was obvious from the first post. Such a weird poster.

The one footed thing is very much exaggerated because he's left footed.
How often do the likes of Rashford, Bruno Fernandes, etc. do anything of note with their left foot?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Rashford scored with his last night.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fair pointBut it was a tap in. My point being that our other attackers rarely do much with their weaker foot.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But your point is moot because they do use their weaker foot.
As 1982 says, Antony stands out so much because he is like Valencia in that he stands out so much in being one footed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I dont think he does, but il certainly keep an eye out for that now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you haven’t already seen it you never will.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I dont think I will, because you are overstating the issue.
Yes he is very left footed.
Yes he also uses his right foot.

Yes he also uses his right foot
….
Not often enough. Which, again, is the point you seem to be missing.

TBF he is a lot more one footed than all of those and it is very noticable. He's closer to Valencia in terms of one footedness. But like I said there are plenty of players (many wingers in fact) who were very one footed.
-----------------------------------------
I think it's more noticeable with him because he comes inside and cuts back onto that foot a lot. You rarely see him go past somebody on the outside something he looked more comfortable doing at Ajax.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, I’d noticed that.
I’m not in the habit of watching Ajax play particularly often, but there’s tons and tons of footage of him beating players on the outside whilst he was there.

We can’t resolve this so we will have to agree to disagree. You are content he does use his right foot and I am not content because he does not use his right foot often enough.
