Oil firm derby

What’s the best result? Siddy win keep Chelsea at arms length or Chelsea win and we go all out on our title assault ?
Hang on, I got my tongue stuck in my cheek

They’ve still got to play away to us, City, Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal. They might not even get into Europe this season looking at how poor they are.

TBH this might be a good thing for us next season.

Unless you keep making crap signings.

I do agree it could be, though. Chelsea could really do with trimming the squad and establishing a spine and drilling a team to play a particular way. They’re just spinning too many plates at the moment and keep smashing them.

I haven’t been keeping a close eye on Chelsea but hasn’t the new owner been very hands on since taking over, maybe too much and interfering when he should probably just leave things to people who actually know what they’re doing?

While we question what type of owner we get (and the truth is for the money it’ll take to buy us we’re not gonna get anyone ‘nice&rsquo it’s key that we don’t get one who thinks he can tell the manager and staff how to do things.

Chelsea's squad is starting to look bloated, and they still need several signings if they are to challenge AND they have Lukaku coming back in the summer with his £295k a week wages, to add to Aubameyang. Between the 2 they're paid more than £450k a week (£24m a year!!!)

I am interested to see how much Chelsea can keep spending without risking their FFP position.. If they miss out on UCL thats £60m+ they'll miss out on next season.

I’m sure there are more impoverished masses you can exploit all for the greater Chelsea good
