Well, I'll not address the opening three paragraphs, as they are irrelevant, inaccurate or just a bit 'waffley'

But, as you asked a clear question in the fourth paragraph, I'll give it the attention it deserves.

Before the season starts, as with every season, I base my prediction on the expected final position on the basis of the capacity of the relative squads. On that basis I had United third behind CFC and MCFC.

However, now nearly halfway through the season, and with CFC clearly not getting it together, I have recently acknowledged that there is no reason why United can't, or shouldn't, finish second.

Second is there for the taking - and deservedly so - but, and it is a big BUT, they do need to get a couple of vital positions sorted out - the blunt end and the pointy end.

Oh, and just as reminder/heads up, I don't return articles I have commented on for a number of reasons - some indicated in my profile. They include:

* I am more than capable of making myself clear and thus don't need to repeat it
*better things to do
*not so fragile that I am remotely concerned about what others think they know or understand - particularly about myself

Other than that, have a good one, and let's just both hope the club I love (as, I assume, you do) sorts itself out.

So divergent were these two halves that, while one never responded, the other could never stop responding.

It would be a lot easier just to filter IAmMe rather than let his wierdness wind you up so much that you have to make an article about him. The internet is a dark place sometimes full of creeps just like him. You could be the only person on here who really takes any notice of him.
