Do I think we'd be able to appeal and for all intents and purposes 'turn heads' of the elite to the extent that these truly elite young players actively pushes for the transfer (which has happened in the case of Enzo Fernandez) in our current position under previous ownership and managers (bar Frank)? Under 25 policy appears to be stringently enforced this time round, post-Tuchel. The way to go, Boehly and co (I'd advice more investment in the '00 generation of players, they are the present and future golden generation).
The unknown factor and unlocking potential is what makes this direction of developing and recruiting top prospects...enthusing, satisfying and I'm going to enjoy every minute of it. Particularly when it inevitably yields results in more ways than one in the longrun. (Got the makings of greatness, which could eclipse the Roman era).

They've allegedly transfer listed Torres, Raphinha, Depay and Fati (for whatever reason).
They'll have enough to pay Aubameyang' salary in full from the sale of those players.
