Conspiracy theorists will cite the vax. I have no idea if she was or wasn’t vaxed.

We see much more of everything theses days. Social media tells us everything we want and don’t want to hear.

I have no idea what her lifestyle was like but it’s a fact that many in the West are overweight and at risk of heart failure.

We eat rubbish at the wrong time and alcohol is a massive killer compared to other drugs.

I know from personal experience how alcohol affects my body after a night out. My heart rate rises by about 10 to 15 beats per minute for 7 hours. That’s a minimum of and extra 4200 beats. Imagine if I drank four or five pints every night? Thankfully I don’t any more.

I had to give up drink as my liver is in pretty bad shape from years of abuse. Certainly feel better for it.
