to go instead of placing the blame at the feet of Levy I just switch off and realise that I am speaking to an NPC.
If this is you, I would recommending that you evaluate the way you interpret information in your life.
These are the managers that we have been lucky enough to have in the last 5/6 years.
Poch:
Was not backed despite being the manager that took us from mid-table to Champions League. Then was thrown under the bus when he asked for a rebuild.
Jose:
Replaced by Jose, who has won things both prior and post Tottenham. The guy was never backed and had the weakest squad I have seen at Spurs in the last 10 years.
He was then sacked and replaced without a plan!
I also can't believe that the fans haven't held Levy accountable for purposefully torpedoing our chances in the last League cup final that we have qualified for by sacking Jose a week prior! Insane!
Nuno:
Poor guy! Never given a chance. But then again, was only hired because the club never had a plan post Jose!
Conte:
Firstly, we got lucky to get him! Secondly, what he did to bring us to the Champions League was nothing more than a miracle!
Playing with a back 3 where 2 of them are Davies and Dier and making us solid and capable of qualifying for the Champions League is remarkable!
Has won things everywhere and will win things after our club too. Yet now I read the NPCs asking for his head, just so that we can begin the cycle again.
As a fanbase we need to stand together and keep the pressure on the board. The fact is, is that we have our man and he is elite! Now we need to back him!
The stadium is incredible, and hats off to Levy for pulling it off. Further to this the way that they have refinanced things to give us many revenue streams and manageable costs is incredible too. The man has been a revelation for the club and hats off to him.
However, none of this would have been possible without the fans that stuck with the club when things were tight! Now the fans need to be paid back for their support over the years. We need to start seeing that money generated by the stadium getting re-invested into the squad. Up until now, we have not seen it to the extent that is required.
Please don't point the finger at Conte, that is not the issue. Fact is, is that we have a weak squad and the manager needs to be backed, not fired.
Every time a Spurs fan calls for Conte...

It is impossible to fully judge Conte until he has the squad he wants (won`t ever get it the way ENIC operate).
Conte will not budge on his philosophy, he will not change his style to accommodate the players, and nor should he. If he did that, he would be saying to ENIC that he is just another yes man, once he does that Levy knows Conte is there to be manipulated.
Conte was appointed, (and no doubt given assurances Levy has no intention of keeping), and he will do it his way, so the club needs to back Conte and sing to his tune, not the other way around, that`s not how Conte works.

Nope. A good manager, a respectful manager has to consider both his needs but also the club's best interests. What Arsenal are doing and what Liverpool have done is bought young and unpolished and coached well. That way, eventually the manager gets what he wants but so do the club by increasing the value of the assets on the books. Getting in players over 30 is such a short-term thing that might get you success but more often than not, although he might get you a trophy or two, he also leaves clubs in a much worse state than when he joins because none of the players signed have a sell on value.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Arsenal and Liverpool have spent an enormous amount of money over the past few seasons.
Arsenal have spent £545 million over four seasons, and a staggering £777 million over six seasons. Including spending £80 million on the likes of Pepe. Don`t make out they have some world beating plan of bringing in youngsters on the cheap. They haven`t. They have like all clubs purchased plenty of duds for a lot of money.

It doesn't matter what every club has spent. We have to spend every single penny ENIC invested, sell the deadwood and use the profits to get the right team.
We will always spend within our means.

Spurs have spent over 528m in the last 4 seasons compared to Arsenals 545m plus whatever extra Spurs have forked out on paying off and hiring new managers !
Spurs and their managers have had enough money to their job properly.

The irony that this article is by a NPC. you must think every single manager has no impact on the team 🤦🏾♂️

That`s all good and well if we have a project manager, but we don`t, we have Conte, who is an elite win now manager. Levy appointed Conte to get himself out of a giant hole he had dug for himself (Conte worked miracles to get CL), and when it came to kick on last summer, Levy (as always) shiete the bed again and failed to improve the first XI. Liverpool and Arsenal have spent big on established players, and nobody is suggesting we should be buying all our players over 30. We should be going out and paying what is required to get top players in their mid to late 20`s, not handing new contracts to past it players like Hugo because it is cheaper than replacing him.

Levy has made so many incompetent decisions, mostly out of arrogance to suit his ego.
Hiring mourinho
Getting involved in the esl
Sacking jol, Poch, rednapp
Some of the players he has signed
Some of those he decided not to sign
1 trophy in 23 years. That’s all you have to say to anyone who thinks this is anyone’s but levy’s mess

i agree that most of your problems are levy, but his biggest problem is hiring dinosaur defensive managers when you have a good attacking team.

The managers job is to do the best with what he has, do you really think Conte is doing that?

It can be two things at the same time mate:
Levy and ENIc Out
But Conte ain’t all that either👍🏻

Definitely true. But the managers keep failing. For like 20 years now. Something something doing the same thing over and over
