Think we'll beat arsenal personally. They aren't that good!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Tbh I am gutted that Casemiro will be out for that game. Wanted you to beat Arsenal, and still hope you do, but Casemiro would have been vital against their vibrant attack, and you'll be playing away from home again. You're recent run of good results had seen you play 6 at home and 1 away game, mostly against fodder.
Now you have to play McTominay, no? Very unlucky. Casemiro is the last player you want missing that game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Probably Fred, heaven forbid if it's both. Either way, a massive loss for us
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, should Ten Hag have taken him off you think?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think he was about to, so was unfortunate in that respect. It's a balancing act as without him we probably wouldn't have been in a position to win the game. But now that he's suspended and we didn't win anyway, the manager looks a bit silly.
Personally, I think momentum matters and it was important to try to keep the winning run going ahead of the game on Sunday so I've no complaints over him starting. Just a shame he didn't come off a minute earlier than was originally planned

Palace player was nowhere near the ball as McTominay had already kicked it past him.😂 Looked so obvious penalty but I actually thought it is corruption.
This has been happening for years now stonewall pens denied to try to stop us winning.

But in the other side of the coin, they say three points is three points, but three points against Arsenal are worth far more than 3 points against Palace in the grand scheme.
He stayed in and you still didn't get 3 points anyway, and further to that your chances of getting 3 points at Arsenal have also taken a bit of a hit. You could tell it means something the way Ten Hag raeacted and shook his head.

Palace XG 0.41 VS Man Utd 1.39 on understat. 2 seasons in a row Palace create virtually nothing and get a goal out of the blue.

momentum is good but a reality check before Arsenal might be a blessing in disguise
We are not easy to score against so I hope it's a tight game we can steal

Lurker we were robbed. Palace were terrible. That freekick they had was the best chance they had all game.

Not quite getting the logic here!
3 pts are worth the same (you know 3pts) no matter who you play!

A very good point. After the red mist yesterday, I considered this as well.
We needed to be brought down to earth. A win today may have allowed some complacency against Arsenal

But if you consider the league table this season and these two games in isolation, it would be better to get 3 vs Arsenal than Palace.

Getting 3 pts against Arsenal would be massive however throwing 3 pts away against other teams makes all the hardwork in doing so a waste of time!
