Bye bye Fabio!!!!

Paratici now stands accused of having deliberately overpaid for Romero to do his mates at Juve a favour. So if he wasn’t close to the door before, Levy is gonna kick the fecker out. How feckin dare he?! He’s employed by Spurs to do a job for us. This just proves to me he’s a proper wrong’un and he’ll do us a favour in the long run by not having him running football operations.

Anyway, not only has he fecked over the club that employs him, it’s also now being reported that his 30 month ban is being extended to the UK.

🚨 NEW: Fabio Paratici's 30-month ban by the Italian FA is expected to be extended to the UK, throwing his role as managing director of #thfc into jeopardy. | @Matt_Barlow_DM

See ya Fabio. Cheers for Emerson, mate. Nice one 🙄

Levy signs the cheques. It's Levy who overpaid if anyone has. I don't think we overpaid anyway. Seem about right.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How are you not getting this?

Paratici would have negotiated with Juve and come back to Levy with a figure slightly inflated in order to gie his old mates some extra money. He'd have told Levy this is the fixed price for the player knowing full well all along that he could have got him cheaper. Whether we think it's a good deal or not is completely irrelevant. We could have acquired him for a lot cheaper than we got him. Levy being the one to sign the cheques makes absolutely no difference whatsoever.

I'm sorry your precious little Fabio is a crook but these are the facts.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Honestly how are people finding a way to still blame levy/deny Paratici did anything wrong because we got a good deal for Romero? The basic literacy and comprehension skills on this site is embarrassing.

All part of the reset that we need in the summer, so a new sporting director on the list too.

Everyone understands the accusation but how does one prove it. It could just be classic lazy journalism linking any deal done with Juve and making a case that it's dodgy.

I suppose he's a good Kulusevski backup, given that he fits the rare mould of a 6ft+ winger.

Difference is, Kulusevski is class whereas I'm far from convinced Zaniolo is
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah but people were hardly talking up the Kulu deal when it happened....disappointment as he was 2nd choice to Diaz & was in and out of the Juve team. That was the accusation, only now are people calling it a sensational deal. Same could be said for Zaniolo but we will not know until we see what he can do.

Well indeed, they had an option to buy on their loan from Juve, triggered it and sold immediately to us.

Yeah. But the story seems to suggest there was a sell-on percentage due to Juve

There’s nothing to suggest there was any sell on I’ve seen.

While the whole thing looks sketchy it doesn’t seem to me anything will come from it
