According to reports from Sky Italia’s
Gianluca Di Marzio and Italian journalist
Matteo Moretto (also Fabrizio Romano),
we've opened talks with Juventus.

I think that just proves the media have no idea what the numbers are. Or at least, if they don’t know they just make it up.
No way if we had offered what was quoted would he be going to Marseille for €10m

Reports heavily linking us with Tete this morning...another winger?

Seems like this was probably a French journalist getting us and Leicester mixed up.

Seems like things have changed. Juve now just want a loan with no option to purchase. Not good as we could end up with another Ben White situation where he tears it up and his price rockets.

I was reading that it's a loan with an option to buy
if we manage to stay up. That makes sense for us,
Juve, and McKennie.

That would be acceptable to most I think.

Looks like Juve have accepted the move.
Last hurdle is we want 'option to buy'
Juve want 'obligation to buy' post loan period.

Medical and announcement Sunday by the sound of it.
Probably does mean 4-3-3 as the main formation.

Fabrizio Romano: "McKennie to Leeds...here we go"
Deal done.
Count me as well happy.

I’m much happier with loan with option to buy.
We will have been able to agree a cheaper fee if signing him permanently now but it’s worth the extra millions to reduce the risk and see where we are in the summer.
Gives us a chance to see how he fits and if he’s worth it, and obviously gives us a chance to see who’s manager for next season.

Agree with you completely Faith.
