How are they doing it. They've lost their manager, three important players, plus one sat at home. Most of their coaching staff and recruitment team have also gone to Chelsea.
Yet here they are, sixth in the league, just knocked Liverpool out of the cup, and playing really good football.
I'm chuffed how we are doing, but Brighton are going great guns with all those players and staff leaving.I can only say well done and hope it continues for them.
Incidentally, I hope Klopp has a word with a couple of Liverpool players, Brighton didn't deserve to be kicked.

The sad thing about modern day football is no matter how well they do, soon they will crash back down to earth.
No chance of them solidifying their position and becoming an established top half PL side.

Agree. Seen it all before. Wolves, Burnley. Now Fulham and Brighton. It only ever lasts a season or two.

It may only last for a season or so, but congratulations are in order. Its almost miraculous how well they are doing bearing in mind those who have left the club.

Season is no way over yet. Let's see where they finish the give out the plaudits. Brentford and Fulham are doing just as well.

Varpool players get away with murder on the pitch, and have done for decades, the majority of referees let them off with red cards and are afraid to send them off. United get similar favours also.

And Romero too. Don't forget Romero. Why didn't you mention him?

Didn’t they lose their head of recruitment to Newcastle recently?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
won't be the last head lost to the newcastle regime

🤣. I don't know what you're talking about. The PIF is completely separate from and in no way related to the Saudi regime.
I'm sure the Mohammed Bin Salman who heads the PIF isn't the same Mohammed Bin Salman who is Saudi Crown Prince.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course. I mean Mohammed is a pretty popular name after all, right?

Balance
All positions covered by personnel fit for the job allocated.
A 'spine'.
Not the first team to do it - United used to, but not for about a decade now - clubs like Southampton, Leicester, Everton and West Ham have all achieved it at a reasonable level during the EPL era.
But at the 'toppest of the toppest' level at doing it, then look no further than mcfc and cfc. They are both clubs that have consistently fulfilled that criteria but at a very high level of personnel. However, none have been as consistent at achieving that than the 1993-2008 United variations.

Don't blame it on the sunshine, don't blame it on the moonlight, don't blame it on the good times... Blame it on the Brighton.
