Hogan President

WCW i remember thinking Bill Clinton was actually going to appear on Nitro, i was only young and when i seen all the black cars and security fbi etc i thought wow this is big for WCW. Then Hogan came out. Did he actually start up as going for president then stepped down? Im sure i read somewhere he was actually going for it.
