We need our Saviour

We need Marcelo back to rescue us from this mess caused by JM(this guy's out of his depth in this league). Am sure MB will have learned from his later mistakes, and I think we should take that chance, make the plunge, and get him back...Your thoughts...We've nothing to lose. He knows this club and he's been the hero of this city of Leeds.

There wouldn't be a problem with this team being able to play his brand of football (like there was with the Everton shower) but there's no way the 49'ers will consider getting rid of Jesse.

I've seen rumours the 49ers never wanted Marsch, I don't believe the Americanisation of Leeds is all up to them. I think they'd get rid pretty sharpish if it's in their best interest. And with the takeover looming they're only going to be more influential.

I'd go for Tuchel right now if it was up to me.

Why would Tuchel even consider Leeds and risk his reputation?

Why wouldn't an out of work football manager manage one of the best supported football clubs in Europe?

I'd rather have Poch than Tuchel.

I think he'd go for it, don't know why. He's in reputation building mode now.

Over the years in many scenarios I have asked myself how do other clubs do it. It is not fooking rocket science. Wolves, Villa, Everton, Bournemouth have changed their manager as results have not been good enough. That is what clubs do and not sure why Marsch and 2 wins in 17 league games is beyond this. He is not going to be some kind of Arteta type who comes good after years of patience. The tactics are just not there and it is all looking like hot air.

Cooper today showed what effective in game management is with his very effective subs at half time to nullify us. In start contrast Marsch just throws on bodies in like for like substitutions. They may as well have hired a motivational speaker/part time football coach and given him 100m to spend because it feels like that's all we've got.

Other clubs, Spurs and Chelsea, laugh at us when we suggest Tuchel or Poch but if ever there was a blank canvess with exceptional potential and the opportunity to be adhored to the enth degree, Leeds is the job.
If we were able to sell Leeds to Bielsa then why not to Tuchel or Poch?

The 49ers may be complete f###wits, we don't know yet, but their philosophy is get the best coach you can. That's definitely not Marsch, it could be Tuchel, I think Poch would be a stretch.

We aren't in the market for a Dyche, Warnock or Allerdyce though.

After today, to me JM position is now untenable. I like the guy and want him to be a success.

But this record is worse than MBs was and he ultimately was shown the door. That was a poor poor result today.

The guy isn't wanted, many didn't warm to him at all. I like the guy but even a backer can see that his days are numbered.
