Our performance v City

Nothing to do with Conte missing. We all know Spurs at full strength are capable of that sort of performance.

One or two changes as is likely today, and performances tend to dip.

Think they played a slightly different formation and had a better game plan.

I believe so too, more progressive played further up the pitch

We would need more than just the one good game without Conte to deduce there is anything in it. Against City at home our record is good anyway so it could be as much about that than Conte missing. There were times in that City game where they had dangerous moments and it may have panned out differently had Mahrez scored.

We might have a better idea after today.

I don’t care what anyone says. Dier definitely pressed more and for parts of the game was almost playing as DMF. It was definitely different but I don’t know whether that is down to Conte missing or not.

It might have been Conte’s game plan with Stellini delivering the message.

Conte is going nowhere before the summer so some posters need to get used to tfat

There were rumours swirling round the City camp about possible PL charges so it's safe to say they were possibly distracted on the day.

Better to use today's game as a benchmark to judge your progress.
