Just that.
We play the same rubbish flawed formation
Play with 10 men (Son)
Just what is the point.
Why can't Conte have a hissy fit and just sold off.

It just doesn't look like this team is getting anywhere at the moment under Conte. Performances have been poor all season. Obviously we need better defenders and that's been clear but I still refuse to believe we can't get more out of this team with what we saw last week and in many 2nd halves of games. Regardless of the defence we had Kane, Son, Bentancur and Kulu playing and created few opportunities outside of set pieces.
I've said before I'm ok with giving Conte until the rest of the season but we need to show some signs of improvement, don't we?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If we go out the cups then get rid but why we are still in them let’s keep going with him - he has won trophies everywhere he has been, so give him 4 more months especially as the FA cup looks like an opportunity this year.
Has he improved the team - well Jose was finishing 6th with this squad and Nuno had us 9th so 5th and a couple of points off top 4 is not exactly going backwards.
Levy won’t get rid whilst the CL qualification remains a strong possibility - that’s his goal everytime, finishing 4th with the least spend possible
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm ok keeping him to see how the season pans out but it's starting to feel like the Jose second season all over again. I don't think we were in as quite as bad a position in the league as under Jose but the form in the league at the moment is similar before we decided to get rid, regardless of whether he might have won us a cup.
The cups may be all we've got left so we need to at least look like we can win them. When Poch was failing in the league he was still navigating us to a CL final. We need to expect similar of Conte.

The malaise and apathy all stems from the owners, it has filtered down from the very top to the manager, the players and the fans.
The club new ideas, new direction and a new approach. That means new owners, we see the same old story played out over and over again, nothing ever changes, and under ENIC nothing ever will.
The club has become stale, everything is just so meh and these days I do not even get pist off when we lose, we lost 4-1 today and I am totally apathetic about it, we`ve seen the same movie many times before. I struggle to even get excited by a Spurs game, because ultimately we will fail again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry Billy, you are talking absolute nonsense!
The Board do not pick the team, do not set out the tactics, take the training, the blame has to lie with the coaching staff. They have been given the tools but haven’t a clue how to make them work.
Why we continue to play twi midfield when the opposition play 3-4 there. Yes we have the wingbacks but it is not enough.
As for people saying players cannot defend, of course they can if schooled properly.
It was poor playing Porro over Emerson yesterday, plus Emerson is one of our in form players at present. I could only imaging that Conte thought he could rest him for Tuesday night. It would have been much better playing Emerson and then introducing Porro for last 15 minutes or so.
Also why do we keep chopping and changing the back line, if you look at teams like Arsenal they will wherever possible minimise team changes, that way you get greater continuity.
We all wanted Hugo dropped, but in all honesty I think he would have possibly stopped 2 of their goals. Going forward whilst a reasonable goalkeeper Forster is definitely not the answer.
As for my earlier comment, I would add that the first reflex action is blame the owners when they exercise absolutely no control over any of the playing or training sides of things.

We've had 18 months of upheaval with new owners coming in and potential sanctions against us,. An injury list which looks like an NHS waiting list, and we're still less of an embarrassment than you are

The board buy the players, they buy the wrong tools to do the job, the book stops with them. Turds can not be polished, water can not be turned into wine. Half of our players are not good enough, that is purely on the board. Manager after manager comes in and it is the same with all of them, we win fack all because the players are not up to it. Conte has proved what can be achieved when the players follow his instructions and cut out the stupid errors, unfortunately most of them are not consistent enough and always have a fack up around the corner.

The Board sanction the money but the Football Committee comprising of key personnel such as Paratici MD Football), Conte, Rebecca Caplehorn (Director Football Administration & Governance) Gretar Steinsson (Football Performance Director) Leonardo Gabbanini (Chief Scout) .
Daniel Levy used to Chair previous committees, however when Paratici joined as MD Football Levy took a step back.
Whilst the committee might seem cumbersome, final decisions are down to Paratici & Conte with the Board signing off on the agreed fees and salaries. Rebecca Caplehorn is a main Board member who ensures that all the t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted on contracts.
Finally we do need to understand that given the number of people employed (nearly 700) plus stewards etc, a turnover of nearly £500m THFC is a commercial business with its prime focus is through football.
We might not like it but it the hard truth.

Sorry meant to add this committee is responsible for sourcing and signing players and other football staff such as coaches for academy etc.
