I have limited this to the Top 6 as the tribal nature of fans will see very different views especially when it comes to Center Backs . But what I found interesting is how recent form will influence this list and cause arguments. Anyway the order is as per the League Table:
Arsenal
1) Bukayo Saka - Hands down the best winger in the league. A lot of people sniff at this as they want their wingers to play like Leroy Sane or Ryan Giggs but the kid is the best playmaker after KDB and he does it from the wing. Stunning player and only 21.
2) Ødegaard, Partey and Xhaka. I cant split them as they have all been equally good. Rival fans will argue with Xhaka but Im judging it on what I see.
5) Ben White - Underated but a fantastic player. The other Center backs (Gabriel and Saliba) have also been great and with Gabriel the improvement is noticeable but Ben stands out for me.
6)Gabriel Jesus
Ramsdale, Saliba and Gabriel unlucky to miss out but the whole team has been great to be fair.
Manchester City
1) Rodri - Citys most important player in my opinion. I watch him and think he has so many gears/levels to his game when compared to his compatriots.
2) KDB
3) Haaland
4) Phil Foden
5) John Stones
6) Gündoğan, Bernardo Silva, Rúben Dias
Manchester United
1) Luke Shaw - I actually enjoy watching him. Maybe I am surprised he even has/had the skillset he is showing.
2) Marcus Rashford - I'm a bit biased because I like the kid so enjoy watching him score and would never say that about any United player. People must be careful of overhyping him.
3) Varane - Not that comfortable on the ball but a Rolls Royce of a player I enjoy watching
4) Casemiro
Tottenham
1) Harry Kane
2) Son
3) Richarlison
Chelsea
1) Felix - Hope he stays in this league. Good player
2) Enzo Fernández - Baller, takes a lot of risks but a damn good footballer
3) Reece James
4) Mount
5) Badiashile
Liverpool
1) Salah
2) van Dijk - Class footballer
3) Allisson
4) Trent
5) Robertson
Bet I missed out loads.

Players who the OP has listed that I do not think should be there.
White, Foden, Stones, Richarlison (no logic what so ever putting him there), Son has been well below par as well, James, Mount, Trent and Robertson.
No idea why he has put the two players who have just arrived at Chelsea either.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Some players you dont need 3 games to make up your mind. Besides its not like I can reasonably put Sterling ahead of Felix

No one for a minute suggested you had to put anyone there. Chelsea’s league position tells you how good their players have been.

Chelsea fan assessing Lisandro vs United fans assessing Thiago illustrates the limitations of what we can say about teams we don't watch as avidly. For me Martinez has had a transformational impact on United's defensive solidity and our ability to progress the ball up the pitch, and is easily one of our most important 2-3 players. I've always been impressed by Thiago Silva but I couldn't begin to reliably benchmark him against other CBs because I've watched him a fraction of the times I've watched my own team.
In addition, you need to consider roles within teams. Thiago is a classy user of the ball, but since arriving at Chelsea he has tended to play in a side with at least one DM who drops back to pick up the ball and initiate passing moves. After our failure to buy FDJ, Martinez has played in a system lacking that specialist deep lying playmaker (and also in front of a goalkeeper who is extremely uncomfortable with the ball at his feet) so he's operating in a system that puts more responsibility on him to break the lines, and on a system level is more liable to be stress tested than Chelsea's back six. That's not to make any comparative claims about the two defenders, but to say they would probably both look quite different if they swapped teams.

what utd fan has assessed Thiago? Well before you anyway.
and also I watch tonnes of utd so moot point. Probably 90% of their games this year. They're always on!

feels like you had a good idea for an article in your head and then when it came to execute you realised you hadn't thought about it enough but couldn't be assed to do that thinking when it came to it.
