And there is real truth in the rumour that Roman flew over WHL pre 2003 took one look at it & decided it was a fackin stinkin no mark shat hole and bought Chelsea instead

Spurs fans are and have always been no mark bitters because they are bottling caants

Valuations are just a snapshot in time. ENIC sold their 20% stake in rangers and used that money to buy spurs. Neither club are anywhere near the values they were at that time

I've mentioned this once or twice to the Sandy like Spurs fans. Be careful declaring how small a club we supposedly were before the 21st century, cos only taking 20 years to overtake Spurs' entire trophy haul puts into perspective how ultimately good they are

Arsenal I assure you are not and PSG are not yet.

The fact you have removed Liverpool is just laughable - they win European trophies and gain huge exposure for doing so - Arsenal only ever excel domestically and lot of that was in the past

Sucks for them that European football wasn't a thing until the 50's, cos the Chapman era was where those European trophies would've come from.

Would've probably cleaned up as well, the W-M was so far ahead of it's time in this country let alone across Europe.

True but they failed on the European stage whilst being invincible in England. For all their domestic success they have been really poor in Europe - with the same amount of titles as West Ham and the same Amount of European cup final appearances as Spurs.

Comparing Liverpool to Arsenal is hilarious.

They got sold for a paltry 300m GBP as recently as 2011.

We are, and always will be, bigger than LFC. European competitions are a joke and a commercial failure - they don't give you any exposure.

At the end of 1974/75 Arsenal had 8 titles, Liverpool 8
FA cups are 5 to Arsenal, 2 to Liverpool
European trophies Arsenal 1, Liverpool 2

And just fyi, Arsenal were relegated in 1913

But since the mid 70's we have totally outstripped them in all areas apart from FA Cups.

You forgot to mention Liverpool have been relegated three times, and it was Woolwich that were relegated, not the modern club. Arsenal have never been relegated.
