I’m still unsure how we go about these 2 games, I would love to win them but I’m just worried we’ll be shattered by the time we play Newcastle with just 2 days rest in between the second leg and the LC final. I guess one positive of a heavy defeat tomorrow would mean we most likely rest players for the second leg.

I know I sound very negative but I do think the chances of getting through are slim anyway and winning the LC could be a real boost for the players (as would knocking Barca but not as much as lifting a trophy). But I trust EtH to make the right call.

Shaw will definitely be CB with Malacia at LB.

Players might be in a better state going into a final off the back of smashing Barca though, rather than off the back of taking a good hiding.

Tomorrow's resukt.will impact the sort of line ups ETH puts out in the following games.

No point resting for the 2nd leg if we are 3-0 down after tomorrow
