We have been playing with Nketia and still around the top, can you imagine if we had Jesus last few games.
Let’s not go overboard I know we were unlucky with injuries especially missing Partey today.
Keep calm we are still in strong position despite the loss to perhaps, the most expensively assembled squad in the world.

Injuries is costly

We hope Jesus, Portey and ES- Rowe returns for the run-in. Frankly, I don’t give a damn about the league until 5 games to go. Lets enjoy the season it’s been a rollercoaster hopefully, we stay close to the top.

Still all to play for. Problem is these sods give you maybe two or at most 3 chances in a season for you to make it count. But then they go on looooongggggg winning runs (not unbeaten ones that use to win leagues before where you could prob win 7 and draw 3 and be comfortable). They will knock 10 wins on the trot and just put immense pressure on the chasing team.
That is the genius of Pep.

Nothing against Pep, but imagine they can afford to buy all those players. Oil money to spend £100m for one player and unlimited budget. It’s a miracle we are even eating on the same dinner table, lets enjoy.

Let me confess, I left UK on the 6th Feb, after beating United, we have not won since and ‘VAR’ Lee ‘‘cripy” Mason also rapped us. I ain’t returning until we win the league.

It wasn’t “oil money” that bought Grealish. Even disregarding that though, other clubs have spent far more on individual players and failed. How you’re playing this year is essentially a slightly lesser version of how Pep would be if he had the same players, you’re tactically very similar.

Technically it was oil money that bought Grealish.

It was the same situation last season, except it was a top 4 battle rather than a title battle. We spent most of the season in an elevated position but then one or two injuries exposed our lack of squad depth.

Every team gets injuries, you’ve been lucky to get through half the season with a first eleven for the beta part.

Good point OP.
Eddie has held it together but he is not top level at this point in his career. He is basically Solskjaer type player. He'll do a job of the bench or for a few games but then gets found out.
Still a lot of matches to go. Arsenal are a work in progress. There is no reason why they can't go on another run.
Jesus is key if that is to happen.

Nketiah is not rubbish, just mediocre in all departments & you can’t get away with that at the top level for long.
