Before Man U games I predicted could only see us getting about 5 points from last 17 matches and that this and Southampton matches were crucial.
I got in about 15 mins into game and we were just showing nothing.
Gnonto ineffective, Summerville offering nothing, McKennie looks average and like someone's mate invited to a party.
Firpo just looks lost in headlights again, Harrison ineffective......just none of them were any good, none of them.
There is no plan at all, its just hit and hope.
Bamford looked lost, Wober and Koch under pressure constantly, Ayling too, they really knew how to make us look poor.
We pooh poohed the idea of Dyche but its clear to see the impact he's had at Everton and I dont think he was even on our radar.
Really so little to say about today, but no shots on goal and one wonders if 35 mill was well spent on Rutter as one for future when what we really needed was one for now.
Gnonto and Summerville had great impact earlier this season but that means a lot of hype and pressure placed on their shoulders and as we can see they can be nullified quite effectively.
I wish there was something positive to say, but there isn't.
Results elsewhere have gone our way until today and we're now second from bottom with other teams finding form at crucial time.
Do we really have the team to get out of this?
It's Feb and yet it's looking like relegation.
AR's words at end of last season, how lessons had been learnt sound painfully hollow.
Thoughts from today

Ok we've got 15 games left but I don't want anybody on here to say 'there's 3 teams worse than us' - certainly not today anyway.
Frustrated is an under statement.
Just the thought of the also rans league again after the bad 80s and then the 16 years of purgatory with some really questionable owners - It makes me cringe.
Everything about today was totally unacceptable and totally terrible.
Anyway lets dream of beating Soton - er but fhey just best Chelsea - easy game yeah?

LIW, you really think this lot can keep us up?
Not going at you. I'm just surprised that you think
there's some level of hope. Nothing points to staying
up in any sense, way, shape or form. We're fcked.
And feel free to book mark this.

I have never had a doubt to be honest. Think there is plenty of quality in the squad
Until today, watched the game, and we stank of relegation, worst performance all season, horrible, and on that we are down.
But we have hope, if a manager comes and in and changes it quickly.
This squad should be nowhere near relegation but its hard to turn this around because been so badly managed.
Sad times

LIW, I have and do agree with you that this squad has
enough quality to stay up. But, we won't based on the
board. As you've said for the longest time. They are
sh 1 t.

* They're not going to hire the right coach in time.
They're trying to do this the cheap way to keep money
in their pockets. Part of me hopes the 49ers bail on whatever deal they have so Radrizanni hurts as much
as we do.

I would love the 49ers to drop out so we can get proper Arab owers.

All of the positives during Radz’ time happened with Bielsa at the helm. For the rest of it, it’s been pretty much like this.
Even now, when I see a blue bucket down at the hardware store, I get lump in my throat.

I've often asked which is teh real player or team, the one that had great display, or teh shocker?
Its teh same with AR, which is real owner, one who got Bielsa or teh other one.
The scene before Bielsa was a shambles, Monk exiting, Wiedewald, Grot, Antonsson etc etc etc such a long list of crap.
The Far Eastern super agent who brought us Ideguchi, Myanmar trip, Heck.
the laughing stock badge, stupid strips, Roc Nation partnerships all just media hype for an egotistical owner who put himself front and centre in the very first episode of take us home.
And now after Bielsa, the long list of mediocre at best buys, the treatment of James and Harrirosn, the not even knowing Gnonto spoke English, the white smoke tweet...
This is the real owner.
An egotistical, deceitful owner, who bought us back the ground to be able to save us rent and invest in squad only to buy it back for himself and charge us rent!
Who stabbed in the back the greatest coach we're likely to see in many fan's lifetime whilst trying to blame all our woes on that coach, the coach who had more integrity in his little finger than AR will ever know.

Has anyone else seen Mr Skubala's post match interview?
Every bit as vacuous as Marsch was accused of being. Thought we were "good enough when not in possession of the ball" or some such claptrap.
Yesterday wasn't good enough in any respect & he should have been offering an apology to the entire fan base, and specifically to the poor souls who paid to watch it.
He may have impressed Princess Bamford, but really can't see Skubala being able to keep us up - despite playing so well against skum, twice.
