It'll be ok when this player comes back from injury.
It'll be ok when that player comes back from injury.
But it isn't.
We still have Potter.
I like Mr Potter. Nice man. So nice that Ziyech is the first name on every team-sheet to make up for us trying and failing to get rid of him.
Nice man, really nice actually.
But it'll probably only begin to be ok when nice Mr Potter goes though.
Supporter for 50 years, and this is even more embarrassing than AVB.
I like Mr Potter. It'll be ok.

Total neutral, but how the feck does Havertz keep getting picked up top? Week after week he’s utterly ineffective and frankly looks totally disinterested. Mudryk put himself about more in his 10 mins at the end than Havertz did the entire game … and it’s the same every game as far as I can see.

This is looking more & more like our David Moyes appointment, I have little doubt he'd walk into any mid table PL club & do very well but he's just not tactically sophisticated enough to give us the edge we need if we're the calibre of club we're supposed to be.
He's clearly a decent coach. Some of our patterns of play are very good & the defensive structure is decent, but his in-game management is non-existent. Not even reactionary, it all feels pre-planned without the intention of influencing the game & when it does (e.g. Auba & Mudryk today) it's always comely too late.
I'm not at breaking point yet but that's more about my expectations being in the bin, if he was sacked anytime now I'm not gunna say it was the wrong decision.

Does have that kind of feel. There’s other parallels, like Roman going (Fergie going) and Boehly looking clueless like Woodward did.

Absurdly long contract is another one

Oh yeah, I forgot we gave Moyes a six year contract.
