I like most fans on here are so disconnected and disheartened with the club right now. I'll admit I wanted Conte in as I really thought he'd take no s**t and sort out the men from the boys, how wrong was I. The football is abysmal, and it really infuriates me that none of the players (maybe Romero and Skipp a side) seem to give a flying f**k about putting any effort in or showing any desire.
This turgid football just can't go on so please can we have our Tottenham back where we are entertained win, lose or draw. So realistically what manager could bring this to us without a massive spend as we all know our tight fist ed owners will spend the absolute minimum.
For me I like the look of Da Zerbi at Brighton although ideally I'd like to see him do it over a couple of years.
Potter? Disappointing at the Chavs
Poch? Do we go back?
Tuchel - Still more defensive than attacking
I'm sure there are some other good managers out there but please let us all enjoy watching our Tottenham again!

Arteta, Xavi and Kompany all learned from Guardiola, all coach attacking football and all currently leading their respective leagues.
Arteta and Xavi aren't going anyway, so why not give Kompany a try

Shows what an unbelievable manager Pep is

That wolves manager is decent, able to change a game with different systems, unlike our dinosaur manager

I would love our club to be as forward thinking at Brighton. They have an unbelievable scouting system for finding hidden gems (players and coaches). But there is very little pressure on a club like Brighton (if you know what I mean), so they can get away with playing the unknowns.
For know, I think we give Poch a 3-4 year contract, let him steady the ship, bring a structure back to the club, work with the youth set up to get that back on track, and bring some entertainment back to the Lane. Then we can move on to someone like Carrick, or someone similar, who will have a club that is ticking over behind the scenes, so they can just concentrate on the first team. Poch did this last time he was here, but between Mourinho, Nunes, and Conte, they have destroyed that (as well as Levy, but that’s a different story altogether).

Is Nagelsmann still a possibility? He was the name being bandied about before he went to Bayern.
I think there are a few potential ones out there. Whoever we pick we surely can't go for another defensive type. This has shown to not suit us at least not with this squad.
The whole club needs a bit of an overhaul right now.

I think the ship has sailed with Nagelsmann unfortunately. He's top (albeit on goal difference) with Bayern and when he moves on he will probably look to join one of the best clubs in the world.

I think it's plausible we could still attract someone like him. If we could get Conte to come we could get most big name managers and he isn't exactly up there with Conte's pedigree. He's still so young so has plenty of time to go to other big clubs but I'm sure it's off the table anyway with him probably wanting longer at Bayern.
I'm already accepting that Poch will likely replace Conte and with Liverpool cruising to victory today I feel they'll go on to get top 4 so strong possibility it'll happen after this season.

Didn't we have Yaya Toure hanging round the club for a bit? Try him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He's employed by the club and does youth coaching, while he gets his badges (I think). Tbh I wouldn't be against giving even Yaya Toure a shout. I quite like the idea of a hungry and young coach. If not him then try the fella at Reims. Google him.

No we can't sign someone we have to Google. Danny Rose says.

The club is just so meh on the pitch, we have the best infrastructure around, one of the best managers around, but owners who won't go the extra mile to deliver a successful football team.
We should be renamed "What's The Point FC". We are about irrelevant as it gets, we never get to the point of being winners, even when get close the owners balk at the thought of really pushing on, preferring instead to look after the balance sheet.
This is what happens when you have a set of accountants running the club, bean counters will never deliver on the pitch.
