Last Game Overview: Some sloppy defending and a sublime finish. We should've scored more. Once we went all out attacking and had Yates add the bite in midfield there looked only one winner.
The Good: Shelvey and Yates. Worrall improved. Lodi and Aurier back to their best.
The Bad: Wood did better, but he's the most expensive coat stand I've ever seen.
The Ugly: Gray - what a pretentious little *&^&* and the ref who was absolutely hopeless.

I think we'll return to the 4 man midfield which served us so well vs Man City.
Spurs should hopefully be feeling the burn after the Milan game and might even rest a few. This might well mean another League Cup style performance. However, it is at their place and we are utterly useless once we leave the NG postcode.
They have lost 3 times (recently) in about as many months. Liverpool, Aston Villa and Arsenal taking all three points. However, this would be a bigger shock than the recent Cup success.
1-1 to both clubs. The mid-week antics causing them to score a late equaliser after dominating possession.

We have defenders are not good enough. It’s gonna make you struggle. Worral is either not good enough or needs more time. Boly seemed ok but there is a reason Wolves ok with him leaving even though they are in the relegation fight too. Niakhate could be good but is unknown in this league. Was always going to be tough and go and wound take time to gel.
I think it’s more of a midfield problem. Teams seem to get at our defiance too easily. I’m not really sure what the midfield does except give it away?

Yeah too knew we would miss that. Same when we got a penalty against Wolves.

I really don’t see what Coops see’s in Ayew, now he’s proving to be wasteful. Worse case scenario, we could be second bottom by the end of next weekend.

Both Ayew and Dennis have been underwhelming. Dennis looks like he is League 1 at best. Can't shoot and gives the ball away a lot. Why is Surridge not playing when he is the best finisher we have at the club ?

We have Newcastle on Friday at 8.00pm then a weeks break before Wolves, Leeds and Villa. Hopefully we may have the likes of Taiwo, Kouyate and Niakhate fit by then, because we really do need some inspiration, and fast.

Palace losing is good. It’s so tight from 12th down. Hopefully Villa beat West Ham. Can we somehow get a result against Newcastle? Yates has to start abs let’s hope Johnno is ok
