That's how it works!

Dortmund were pretty rubbish, largely due to injuries to their better players.

Having better players than the opposition means that not a great deal of tactical genius is required from the manager.

Fair enough but he had two decades of elite Champions League pedigree to draw on. Even if we are lame at the moment, Dortmund knew we can do the business in Europe like other great Champions League sides

But yes I thought we were better side tonight just and probably in Germany too. we deserved to go through
