Tottenham are in a mess. Our squad personel are currently not capable of playing the conte system. With a few investments... 2x new CB, 1x GK and udogie introduced the conte system might be effective. Especially with Bentacur fit again. That's how I feel. I'm sure the fans impatience will mean we swing back the other way. Start another new project and the cycle continues. Conte deserves one more season to put things right. He's an elite manager and needs more time. We can't expect miracles.

I'm sure i will be attacked for this opinion. Haha

Shouldn't be attacked for a varying opinion but is the level of investment required for Contes way to be successful available? Don't you think he MIGHT be a tad more flexible and adaptable to requirements when needed and is he the type of manager to get the best out of players who don't fit his rigid system?

Valid questions throw in how tough it is to watch "entertainment" wise and surely you can see why some want him gone?

Placing such a high emphasis on CL qualification and such a low emphasis on winning domestic cups is down to Levy

The line up was horrendous and should have resulted in Conte’s removal - issue is, Levy doesn’t care, finish top 4 and he is dancing in his living room - ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS TOP 4

He doesn’t want to make it work and has given up

Yeah, Conte wants out - I’m surprised he came back from Italy. Presume he is on a huge Bunce if we finish top 4 so is hanging on for that

Agreed. Short of an absolute hammering by Forest Levy isn't go to pay out so that money when we're on track for our season goals.

No more obvious than when Jose was sacked. Top 4 challenge was in the dumps but we had a cup final - sacked. This time we're out of all the cups but are currently 4th - not sacked.
