We got plenty of money in the bank

Where we spending it?

Levy should open up a banking option at the club along with the F1 Karts.

Levy won't spend useless it's necessary. He doesn't want to break the FFP rules especially after building the new stadium which he has to pay for. The only way spurs can spend money is to sell players and buy young talented ones for the future

The stadium payments are covered by activities outside of football - it virtually has no bearing on our spending

Correct, the finance has been structured in such a way that it should never impact on our ability to finance incoming players.
