Without any shadow of a doubt, the greatest youth academy boss is Paul Hart. He's also done decent jobs managing clubs, but always at clubs with financial problems so never excelled. It now looks like Forest are trying to get him back to replace Maclaren, and speaking to Charlton where he's director of the academy.
When we were interviewing for the recent head of our academy, why wasn't Hart included, afterall he's the best and look what he gave our club with his production line of kids. Would love to find out if he was even considered over the bloke nobody has heard of before who we employed in March

Met him in 96 when he brought Leeds youth team out to Dallas for the Dallas Cup.
Genuinely nice bloke, both him and Eddie seemed had the respect of the players and plenty of time to spare for us out side the matches.

So who the hell is this Sewell or Seally fella now in charge of the academy. I know he was in charge of Boltons academy many moons ago under big Sam, but has he achieved anything or brought through any great starletts, or is he a cheap option who will not ask for much

Cheap option I bet
