Don't see it being any different to the vast majority of your games: RBL to cede the initiative to City and look to transition as fast as possible on the counter.
The longer it's 0-0, the more confident they'll be of being able to produce an upset.
About the "having to win bit", I'm pretty sure they'd be more than happy as of right now to go directly to a penalty shoot out without the intervening 120 minutes + injury time.
