Sheffield Wednesday v Bolton Wanderers

Friday night football and the last game in march and the last game before Wembley. The toughest match of the season. Sheffield Wednesday top of the league, not lost since 4th October, won the last 5. Bolton now in erratic form. Lost 3 out of the last 5, still in a play off position but with a gap now eroded to just 3 points. Some players looking short of confidence, experience and one or two looking drained. Team news. The cavalry has arrived. Thomason is now fully fit to join the action and Johnston and MJ are now fit. Only Bodvarsson and Iredale unavailable. I personally expect some changes to freshen the side up. Whites are in yellow tonight. Kick off 7.45.

I hope those players of ours packed plenty of cotton wool.
A Plymouth lad was injured last night.

What to do today?
Think I'll hide away from football until after final score, then take a peek at the table to see how the day went for us.

You've convinced me, a day for movies doing nothing sounds good to me.
Silly yet funny movies it is. How does the Plank, George Formby and some Noman Wisdom sound.

5th so not a bad day at the office, despite us doing anything.
It's all a bit tight in the table. Will it come down to who's got the bottle to secure a play off place?

Are the players as bored as we are?
I guess it could be worse, we could be attending IE's daily lectures.

I'm sensing a distinct lack of excitement about Sunday. Anyone else feel like that? Unfortunately I cannot go because of a family issue, but I'm not that bothered. With the play-offs in the balance, I feel we could do without this - is it just me?

I always get bored in the international break. The Sheffield match seems forever ago. I've been distracted by a close friend having a stroke last Thursday, knocked me for 6 a bit. She can't walk, lost the left side and the doctor said wasn't a major stroke! Faces several months before can get anywhere close to normal. Shows you things can be fine then something happens.

Benny sorry to hear about your friend. Lots of patience will be required all round, it's often a long haul before things settle down to a new normal.

As for the Pizza final this Sunday, I'm a bit meh. I'll probably stay that way until the teams are announced. The league and getting up another level, where there's more income is more important to us at the moment.
