I think we need to really turn cannons on Joe Lewis
To use a Man U comparison...
Levy is basically Woodward and Joe Lewis is the Glazier family.
Levy is a collosal twit but the real anger should be at the man that has majority shares that Levy answers to (hardly turns up to matches).
We shouldn't even let Joe Lewis hide behind Enic. The media and press should demand Joe Lewis speaks or another representative of Enic (NOT LEVY the Coward)
Where in the world is Joe Lewis??

Not at all. The football landscape is what it is.
What's funny is the denial and deflection from City fans about their clubs behaviour in buying success. The club who are, surprise surprise, under investigation again for giving misleading financial information. This time the information not being time barred. We all look forward to the outcome of that one, not because people don't want teams to be able to compete and challenge, but because fans don't want cheats and liars winning stuff.
Boris is so quick with the "but but but, your owner did this or that" its pathetic and completely obvious what he is trying to do...but will deny that too. Denial comes easily to Boris.

I'm not in denial about anything.
I'm happy our owners have invested in their club both on and off the pitch and haven't saddled us with any debt.
It's the people who defend under-investment and debt that are in denial.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lovely sentiments Boris. Lets hope for your sake it was all above board otherwise you may have to adjust your moral compass.
I wonder how condemning you will be if your owners are found to have failed to play by the rules. My guess is you'll take another holiday to Egypt and quickly get over it!

Devonshire wants everyone brought down to Enic’s level of minimal investment from the owners.
Spurs were the first club to become a PLC when most others were still family owned concerns.
Now we’re in the era of the Mega Owner and the whole landscape has changed, he’s spitting the dummy and blaming other clubs with childish insults about ‘cheating’.

As it seemingly does to you. Spurs employed a cheat. That he was under investigation would have been known at the time he was offered the Spurs role, so either Spurs were incompetent in employing a senior Exec without the usual Due Diligence that most organisations do, or they knew and decided it didn't matter. I really hope that City were not involved in FFP violations, and if they were will be very disappointed in the club I have supported through thick and thin (mainly thin) for many many years but to pretend that no other clubs have shady dealings is childish naivety. The CL is essentially set up to be a cartel where Western European clubs get their snout in the trough and every club who has ever competed in it, including City and Spurs has acquiesced in this, and the clubs that were involved in the early days of the competition never wanted 'outsiders' in their cosy money spinning competition and set the rules for FFP accordingly.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, Spurs employed someone under investigation.
No one is deny that. No me, its a fact.
Not the clubs greatest hour but that incompetence as some will view it has nothing to do with THFC cheating, like Juve did, like Barca have and, no doubt, like City will be proved to have whenever the PL finish their investigation.

Well spotted Nostradamus, can I have the weekend's lottery numbers please?

Lewis is about as relevant these days as a Sol Campbell Spurs shirt. Never hear from him, and never get any money off him. He may as well be on Mars for all I care. Only when he coughs it is it going to matter to us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Surely Lewis talks to Levy?
After all, before Lewis made his fortune trading British Currency, he was an ice cream salesman.
Looked after his money very well, saved it, and put it to use.
So I think when Lewis talks and Levy jumps.
Long term policy is i Lewis' hands.

Lewis doesn`t give a flying shiete about Spurs, all he is bothered about is increasing the value of his investment, as long as our resident bean counter Levy presents him with good financials he is happy.
