We would have had to be involved in the title race for any quad to have been on. And we have not been involved in the title race.

This should not be hard to understand.

Liverpool are 8th just as they were 2 years ago after they had played 28 games with 12 wins 7 draws and 9 defeats but they ended up 3rd. This season it looks like they will finish 7th at best.
