You are correct of course, however we have got worse during his spell. Under potter chelsea won only 4 games from the last 19. 12 points. Add a few draws and that's 15 points.

Why 19 games? because it's half a season's length.
At that trajectory is 30 points per 38 games.

That's relegation form.

Chelsea fans didn't choose him either and most of us were surprised by the choice. That doesn't stop you backing any new manager that comes in just like the next manager will get backed.

we likely agreed. Odd decision at the time. But I didn't think it would be this bad. He was completely inept.

Sterling at wing back protecting an out of form Cucurella as wide CB was classic. Think Cucu lasted 45 mins
