A trip to allegedly the greenest team in all the leagues where no meat is served and bovril is not allowed.
After a strange game v Ipswich, where really we did not expect more but were strangely disappointed when we didn't get anything of the game, the Tractor Boys did show that at this stage of the season the gulf between us and them.
Anyway onto what could be a good Friday - FGR have not really been pulling up any trees and really, technically, realistically should be there for the taking.....but hey, this is Derby and I take nothing for granted - aprt from my last couple of predictions on Banno's league.
FFS . So, say it quiety.
Play-offs are still a possibility but apart from the home leg, its difficult to see beyond this, but you never know.
Important aspects of this game: three points, a clean sheet, superb display by Cashin, calmness personified in Chester, some telling contributions from M-L and continued reliability and sound play from Roberts.
I don't care that FGR were poor and that our second goal was a fluke, albeit derived from Didzie's pressing.
Other points - Wildsmith had nowt to do and was I alone in having trouble seeing stuff due to low camera angle and "shaky" picture quality?
Just need another three and a clean one on Monday to keep things going.
