Stadiums for UK/Ireland Euro 28 bid

The Proposed list of of stadiums for Euro 2028:

• Wembley Stadium - London
• National Stadium of Wales - Cardiff
• Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - London
• City of Manchester Stadium - Manchester
• Everton Stadium - Liverpool
• St James' Park - Newcastle
• Villa Park - Birmingham
• Hampden Park - Glasgow
• Dublin Arena - Dublin
• Casement Park - Belfast

No where like Brighton or Southampton picked for the south coast but guess football is bigger up north and helps the leveling up campaign. It was the first to be ignored to allow for the Irish, Scot and Welsh stadiums I guess.

Apologies guys, didn’t realise we had to pretend that Scotland are a half decent outfit in this thread.

The we beat Spain once cup - well done guys
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Scotland are a half decent outfit right now, more than a handful for plenty of nations. You may have noticed we are in the top euro nations league whereas mighty England are not.

Scotland had a horrible spell from tel:200-2018 or so, but even then beat Italy, France, England and other far bigger nations. Mighty England have only managed to beat the hopeless Scotland 3 out of 6 times at our worst in that spell, hmmmm, seems mighty England are not so mighty.

And yeah 48 wins to 41, that is only embarrassing for one country and it isn't Scotland.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I’ve already said sorry, I am happy to keep up the merriment of this thread and pretend Scotland aren’t terd at football.

Top Nations league group, ouch, that’s one in the eye for England

Cinci has to go back to games before the second world war to make out Scotland are relevant.

I thought we were good and unlucky vs France I think the players they had injured actually helped to the team structure as well

Yeah I thought England were a bit unlucky and that's coming from a big England France fan.

Love how upset Cinci is getting on this thread. So Scotland beat Spain and are in the top Nations league group and we have to pretend they are half decent? Faaack me.

Never got out out of a group stage - even when they had 3 of the 4 teams in a group qualifying.

Next year you'll be like so Scotland won the Euros, only because it was expanded so crappy teams like them could qualify for it. It's hardly the world cup is it?
