5 to go. Bolton face their bogey team Burton at the pirelli stadium in the last midweek away league match of the season. Just the one win in 8 for Bolton which was earlier this season with 2 late goals by bakayoko and Bodvarsson. Bolton now 5th and 2 points and a game in hand over 7th placed derby are 4 unbeaten now in the league and have been grinding out away points and are 4 unbeaten away from home. Burton in 16th and 8 points away from the relegation zone effectively have little to play for but are dangerous opponents and seem to have a bee in their bonnet from when they deservedly got beat at the unibol earlier this season. Expecting a physical battle against a side that has recently beat Sheffield Wednesday, Barnsley and Wycombe at home. Team news. Bolton have a 25 man squad and are down to the same last 18 which was used in the 1-0 win at Oxford. Toal and Santos could be back for the last game at Bristol Rovers, Bodvarsson is back on the grass, also still out iredale for the season, mbete 4 to 6 weeks and Isgrove and Lee who we haven't had a recent update. Kick off 7.45pm.

All over 1-1
I feel let down.
Our poor finishing carries the can and also explains why we haven't scored enough so far this season. So many good moves and breaks with no end product.

Lost coverage the last 10 minutes. Wasn't impressed. Those 2 nlundulu and Jerome aren't goal scorers, neither food enough. No idea why Sheehan wasn't brought on or Kachunga. Really could do with Bodvarsson back just maybe. These January signings have been a huge let down.

At this rate our goals for tally is going to cost us.
We might be alright stopping goals against us but scoring goals is a big problem.

Sorry, I was missing last night. I may be missing on Saturday if the Wi-Fi suppliers don't pull their fingers out. My system went down around 5:30 pm on Monday and I'm still waiting for an engineer to come and sort it. The last time it went down it took a week for them to sort it.
At present, I'm at my son's house and I'm using his connection.
A disappointing result last night but we are still in contention with three home games on the trot. If we don't secure a playoff place, we can't complain except to say that injuries have played an important part at the end of the season.
I heard from a guy yesterday that claims to have inside information that Santos is fit but Evatt doesn't want to risk him before the Playoff; that is of course if we make the grade.
I'll be back on the forum when the internet company make an appearance.

Pasty, it has been for some time excepting the odd flurry.

“He’s getting an old man" IE comments on Kieran Lee.
Is IE dropping hints about requiring more than the usual number of skips for the summer clear-out.
I think we may need to pre book a fleet.

Thanks to my son, he has temporarily got my internet back up and running. The internet company has given me the end of next week before they can get an engineer to fix the problem
Three home games to play and then the last one at Bristol with a game in hand. If we don't stay in the playoffs, we will only have ourselves to blame.
Can we, do it? of course, we can but we will need to be at our best. Three points today is a must.
