Could you have imagined the future of Manchester United would involve a decade of "rebuilding" with 8 managers, culminating in creaming themselves over the Milk Cup while their neighbours and biggest rivals enjoyed ever increasing success?
I wonder what April 2033 will look like? Still "rebuilding", consigned to the history books as a club once respected, with a handful of people giggling over a weekly Flopp thread?
Looks that way.
I'm not sure there's been another club who have spent so much money and received so much failure in the history of sports.

Could’ve sworn this TopForm nobhead is a Spurs fan, which would make sense since this article will obviously attract shade towards Arsenal

You have to admire Pidier and the mancs though.
They've never given up making Flopp articles in a period where they've had to watch Liverpool win all the trophies at least once while they wallow in mediocrity.
Takes guts to just keep going no matter what.

Why do you always say at least once, when it's actually only once, over a period of 5 seasons? That's like saying "in my life I've been born at least once." It makes no sense.

Because we gonna win them twice before United can say "perch".

Funny how UTD fans cry about not being financially backed year on year. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard.
They are up there with City and Chelsea in spending stupid amounts, year on year and are the reason why transfer fees are crazy.
Pogba
Maguire
Sancho
Anthony
Lukaku
Di Maria
Fernandes
Varane
Martinez
Martial
Casemiro
Fred
Wan-Bissaka
And im sure there’s more.
They have been silly enough to pay stupid fees on average players and now they’re using the excuse they don’t get backed financially.
I hope they miss out on top 4

This is the point, they've spent like CIty and Chelsea but have had hardly any return on it. There's no comparison to Arsenal whatsoever.

That list of players shows how bad they are in the market
Pogba - Part time player
Maguire - Knew he would be bad but he's worse
Sancho - Invisible man
Anthony - Average but improving
Lukaku - Touch that would bring a tear to a glass eye
Di Maria - Hated United
Fernandes - Good buy
Varane - A Porsche with the reliability of a Lada
Martinez - Good signing
Martial - Pretender, flashes then schite, then injured
Casemiro - Been good but i sense he's on the decline
Fred - Hopeless but he tries hard
Wan-Bissaka - Good tackler, otherwise terrible
On review you would sign 2/3 if you knew what you were getting.
Martinez, Fernandes and possibly Casemiro (i mean i wouldn't but i can understand it)

Well this article didn't take long to age well. Empty seats appearing at the Emirates during a title race with 15 minutes to go. TF dribbling over United as usual. Good times
