Leeds v Leicester City

Highlandwhite Match Thread
======================================================
Here we go again for Tuesday nights home game against Leicester and probably the most important of the season.
I think we all know the consequences if we lose this one and no need for me to highlight the many issues wrong with this club at present, we all know what they are.

TEAM NEWS
Appears only Dallas and Adams are missing – A Huge miss. Gracia hinting at other injuries but as usual no word on who they are.
Changes in our non existent central midfield should be inevitable even if it means bringing in the under 21 players.
Also we know Gnonto is not the tallest but surely the manager can find him on the bench and give him the start he deserves.

LEICESTER
Will be boosted by the return of James Maddison and Harvey Barnes may also be back on the bench, although they have a few other key players still missing.
Not sure if Vardy is fully fit but they could play Rebecca Vardy and she would score against us.

Our record against Leicester is not good, winning only 2 of the last 9 games and they will be boosted by their victory on Saturday ending a horrible run of results, something similar to ourselves.

Winners might not necessarily stay up but losers will probably be fecked.
Play badly and the atmosphere will certainly turn toxic against the owners.

Hard to make a positive prediction so will play safe and go for a 2.2 draw

Over to you all for predictions and line ups and finally in the customary manner.

Come Onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeds!!!

Ok, we played with intensity and the players were up for it tonight. We looked a lot better in defence and Harrison was hotter than colder. Finally, Meslier show he can save shots and cannot be blamed for the goal. Sadly, our midfield is horribly weak and our back four gets exposed time after time. As for Aaronson…don’t get me started.

Aaronson is a boy among, er, boys. He's all fluff and bluster.

You're not suggesting we put in a good performance?

That was garbage from a quality viewpoint. Time for quality football has gone, its just points we need now. That Bamford miss could be huge .....

That was a horrible, gutless performance

They sat back and it was a matter of time until they scored. Deserved to beat us

When we inevitably concede we fall apart

Part of that is on the manager as we didn't feel that bad under Marche

That was a big game we needed to win. Huge blow

Just reading the match report and taking in the stats and the subs that were made I can't accept that Gnonto is being frozen out in favour of Aaronson for footballing reasons... it does not make any sense to not introduce your most naturally gifted player instead the very ineffective Aaronson comes on and not long after they equalise.

The twitter land conspiracy theories mention some extra money we would have to pay if Gnonto plays more than a certain amount of minutes... Well if our effing owners are worried about saving maybe a couple of million quid but can't see we need Gnonto to help save us from the drop where the financial consequence will be 40 or 50 times more than any clause in Gnonto s contract then that really does confirm the sheer insanity that's
steering this ship.

I must admit I didn’t think we could look and feel worse than we did under Jesse but Javi’s done just that. I’d sack him now and let his deputy (whoever that is) have a go - we might get the bounce we never got with Gracia.

Not at all, Lorra, just saying the boys put in a shift.
