M.B.

They(the idiots in charge of this now sad club) really should never have sacked M.B. Marcelo would have corrected his mistakes...Would love to see him back.

We'd have been playing Bristol City tonight had he stayed.

What I don't understand is just before we got tranced 7 nil by City away last season it was glaringly obvious we needed at least 3 or 4 new first team ready reinforcements in that January window, ready to play from January 1st which means the plans for new players should have started a month before at least.

We had our usual crop of key players injured so why on earth was Bielsa not given the same financial support and urgency that Jesse Marsch ended up receiving this season?

I really think that was where the seeds for the mess we are in now were sown by our heirarchy being so short sighted or tight or complacent take your pick because had Bielsa been able to add 3 or 4 new signings of his choice we would not have gone on that disastrous run of heavy embarrassing defeats that led to MB being sacked.

He would have relegated you last season.

The reason we didn't go down last season had nothing to do with Marsches master act, it was injured players returning at the right time that added that bit we needed!..

If Bielsa had been given those games Marsch got, with those players returning when they did, Bielsa would have kept us up with points to spare, so the Bristol City remark didn't happen and wouldn't have had Bielsa been in place!..

Marsch it could be argued was more a 49'er thing than AR's or Orta's, along with all the US and RB players we seem to now have!..

Not a Marsch fan, but the Bielsa loving is absurd. Paul Heckington joins the illustrious band of managers to achieve promotion with a team with a sub 25k stadium.

Not likely. We didn't go down with the incredibly inept marcsh so we wouldn't with Bielsa.
Starting to wish we had a proper buyer in place, the 49ers don't fill me with confidence.

I, like so many others, would rather have gone down with Bielsa than stayed up to become one of the joke teams of the Prem. We're embarrassing.

For goodness sake change the record. It's over a year ago, move on.
