Any chairman giving Lampard a managers job after the last year deserves everything he gets. Good guy, great footballer but clueless manager.

Probably take over from Moyes in the summer

He's a caretaker. The problems he has inherited aren't going to be fixed between now and the end of the season. Our goals conceded is lower than Arsenal, lower than all teams except for City and Newcastle. He is there to take the flak so a new manager gets a fresh start once this season is over, that is all. The new manager will have a busy close season, one that we missed out on last year.
