Pep has shown today and at the game at Emirates that he can adapt his tactics but why is Arteta is so stubborn.
With holding at the back, why would you press so high and touch tight.
The one time he got the better of pep was when he parked the bus in the fa cup.
City have not scored at the spurs stadium in the last 4 seasons. United always beat them once a season by sitting back.
It was suicidal tactics by Arteta today. Yes we would have probably lost anyway but this is the 13 straight defeat to City in a row, try something else ffs
Why not change tactics for City

…. We actually mullered Man City the games we beat them. They should have got hammered in 3 of those games we won recently but our finishing stopped it being a hammering. We missed like 6 one on ones at the etihad when we won 1-2 at the etihad. When we beat them 2-0 at OT we missed like 4 big chances with Ole. Only win backs to the walls was our 0-1 cup win at the etihad.
Even this season game at OT we basically battered Man City the whole game and should have won at least 4-1 but Rashford missed two one on ones with the goalkeeper even after rounding the keeper in one on of them.😂

Even the game at the etihad we battered them the 2nd half. We had 11 shots and 7 on target and Ederson was so busy and we could easily have scored 4 or 5 in the 2nd half at the etihad alone.

Dont think Arteta's approach was to let them press us.
We had no answer to that.

Over the 2 games Man Utd had more shots on target than Man City this season. Pep struggles against sides that have dangerous attacks which nullifies there midfield advantage.

Sorry meant 9 shots 6 on target. Anyway still think Man City will drop points as they have too many games to deal with and CL will be priority so if Arsenal win next 6 games it could be really close come the end of the season and luck could decide it.

Sorry meant last 5 games as you played one today. Anyway GL as I rather Arsenal won it even though I expected Man City to win it after we dropped out of the race. Arsenal still top and no guarantee Man City win the games in hand.

I tried imagining myself talking about Spurs the way you talk about your neighbours and I almost vomited

So you'd rather City do the 3 pee and possibly the Treble than Arsenal win the league?

Man United against Man City? 🤣 Apart from the dubious goal at OT that was an obvious offside otherwise "interpreted" as onside, Man United has nothing to show. United lucky only mauled 6 after Man City changed personnel and eased on the pedal at Etihad.
