I have about 15 players from this who need to go. Not many commanding massive fees either.
The kind of undertaking is mamouth, unprecedented even. It will take another 2 seasons or more to shape this squad, we will not have the money within FFP to spend to shape this this summer. A Striker alone will cost 100m!
This is a squad a long way off from where it needs to be.

He has done the best with what he has been given. He cannot help that he has been given dross and not been able to make his own signings.
Dross that needs to go so he can make his own signings:
Weghorst - pretty obvious one. No idea why we even have him. Get rid so ETH can bring in his own choice of striker.
Antony - One trick pony who is no where near up to the standard or price tag. Get rid so that ETH can sort that position with his own signing.
Eriksen - Decent for a while but too old and doesn't defend well enough. Let ETH make his own signing to play there.
Casemiro - Again too old and has let us down recently. Needs to be moved on and get the wages off the books so ETH can get his own man in.
Malacia - Not up to standard. Let ETH put his mark on this position.
Dubravka - More dross. If you cannot displace an underperforming De Gea then you shouldn't be at the club. Let ETH pick his own back up keeper.
Martinez - All the hype around him earlier in the season but is far too small and weak for this league. ETH will know this and will just be waiting to sign his own centre back to fill this position.
In summary, ETH has just been left dross and not been able to make his own mark on the team. Get rid of the above players and ETH will finally be able to make some signings of his own.
