Thiago Silva, definitely the time to phase him out. Before he completely falls off a cliff.

I've been witnessing the same signs, that I saw with Azpi seasons ago (to a lesser extent).
Azpi still remains at the club! Overstayed by a few years. Opportunity presented itself to offload him (Barcelona), but experience experience, yadda yadda yadda. Paying the price! Costly.

I don't want Pockets. Mourinho is the only smart choice for the Chelsea job. Pockets is useless.

With all due respect i would suggest a young squad such as the current Cfc squad would well do with the support & influence of such an experienced & accomplished player.
