I think that’s unfair.

Brighton are clearly a very well run club. With a great back room team right through to the boardroom.

A manager working in that environment is able to focus entirely on where his role at the club matters. Potter did that with distinction.

The blame at Chelsea doesn’t lie with Potter. The blame lies with the club overall.

You said it yourself - it was a diabolical decision to sack Tuchel.

But you are wrong for insinuating that Potter is deserving of criticism as a result of that.

Brighton basically fought relegation for two season with potty before finally finshing midtable last season. Their first season without him and they're in the top 6.
