If this was Spurs who bottled it like Arsenal have then we would be getting pelters. We got pelters for in 2017 for winning 12 of our last 13 and losing the title by 7 points - never in front at any point in the season and Chelsea were 11 points clear at Xmas having won 15 in a row which was the record at the time.

Arsenal in comparison got Dyched at Goodison, drew at home to Southampton, got pegged back at 2-0 up twice in a row and have just been beaten by a Brighton side that lost 5-1 at home to relegation threatened Everton a week ago - but loads on here will defend them, it’s genuinely hilarious

If Spurs lack of trophies is a real thing then there are only 5 proper clubs in England and about 30 in the whole of Europe

I'm more saying that they're up against a team that can throw out a second string team better than most teams first string.
They're made to win the league. It takes an amazing effort to top them.

Yet the games that cost them the league were Brighton and Southampton at home and West Ham away - take 9 points instead of 2 and they win the title.

It just reinforces my opinion that they have been incredibly lucky this season and will be miles off next year. It was pure momentum and a fortunate fixture list that got them to this point.
