Good Guy of the Week

My bowel. I shat loads this morning. Sat down on the pan about quarter past eight with no real pressing need to defecate but rather just because it was that time in the morning.
Nary a push or a shove so I stood up thinking “Not much happening then. Ah well.”
Imagine my surprise to see the bowl full to the brim with perfect, fluffy, healthy stool. I nearly wept.

And then do you know what? An hour later, I’ve just repeated the feat with the same ease and result. I’m emptier than a politician’s promise. What a great day this is turning out to be.
