A Mourinho set-up isn't conducive for him to fully thrive.
Tammy did really well scoring as many goals as he did in his first season (and breaking records, much like at Chelsea), skillsets deserve better than playing under Mourinho setup.
Tammy will always be a goalscorer and top 4 level player, as evidenced when he scored 30 non-penalty goals at Chelsea at the age of 21 - https://youtu.be/FHtFMgAPFaY
Exiled for his second season, yet still remained top scorer at the end. Some bright spark made the decision to dispose him.
