England U21's so far

Half time of the England Vs Spain U21's match.

Spain are dominating possession but not really looking that threatening, They are attempting to be Barca without the real thrust that is Messi. Jaun Mata is looking class and their main threat. Spain scored a lucky goal (hand ball) but haven't really looked like scoring again despite their dominant possession.

Scouting the players in the news:

Jordan Henderson: Pretty much anonymous. Needs to get more involed. £20M? no way.

Phil Jones : Looks solid, No mistakes so far

David De Gea: Called upon once and made no mistake.

Thiago Alcantara: Great skills, maybe tries too hard.

For me the best player on the pitch is Javi Martinez. He is like Sergio Busquets without the nonsense. Pure class

Englands most threatening player is Kyle Walker, pace and power. He will be class for Tottenham next year, I hope he can kick Johnson out of the full team.

I hope England can get back into it the second half, Come on boys!

ENgland MOTM: Kyle Walker

Smalling second with Jones, Bertrand, Fielding (apart from his kicking), Sturridge having solid games. The others were annoymous really.

I feel though had we had Wilshere, Carrol, Richards, Gibbs, we would have one hell of a team

--------------------Fielding------------------
Richards---Smalling--Jones---Gibbs
--------------------Rodwell---------------
-----------Henderson--Wilshere--------
---Welbeck-----Carrol-----Sturridge---

Welbeck!

wellbeck salvages a very underserved draw and bails our england - good on him, he's only just come back from injury.

walker was the one who salvaged a very undeserved draw and bails our england

But good finish by wellbeck though.

Is walker always this good?
