Kane needs to hand in a transfer request and down tools. Spurs fans will understand that Levy is a cannt and forcedKane's hand. That way, Levy will realise keeping Kane for a season won't get them back into the CL. (A fully committed Kane won't either, but Levy is delusional).

Is there much difference….probably not

Will Kane improve us? Of course he will. Is he the difference for us to win / challenge for the title. No. I still feel we are a good bit away from being a genuine title challenger. I look at our strongest 11, and I think we are 5 or 6 players away, which we won't get in one transfer window. And none of us really know how long Kane will stay relatively injury free and maintain real top form. Could be 3 years, maybe 5, not sure much more than that.
As he's not going to City, Kane will know it will be tough to win the title elsewhere, so going abroad may be more attractive
